The theater would not be removed if there wasn't a plan to use that space for something else. The video of him at the white board was indeed a tease of something, what that something is could be anything from them having fun with people, to the first tease of whatever will be replacing the Theater. Now, that replacement could be anything from some green space with a new bathroom, to a new ride.
It was also indeed a way of saying Merry Christmas... Here's something for yall to talk about and speculate upon...
^^ Awesome! We've been waiting/hoping for for this annual Christmas Video ...they are classic!
(This means we are getting closer to 2018 and Steel Vengeance)
Thanks to Tony + The Entire Crew

I’ll admit it, I read almost the whole first page without realizing this was originally posted in 2014. I didn’t see much in the way of non sense clues in this years video.

500 foot coaster for Cedar Point's 150th anniversary.
Still never found out what the numbers mean, but this seems like a really cool theory that could actually be true. I can totally see them getting a 500ft in 2020.
But where? Maybe it could go where Frontier Fling is if they remove some other surrounding things
Tony literally stated that Frontier Fling is not going anywhere for 2018
CP Top 5: 1) Steel Vengeance 2) Maverick 3) Magnum 4) Raptor 5) Millennium
Wait, what would they remove? probably SRF, or I hope to God not Skyhawk. Honestly, the way I see them getting a 500 footer in there is to give the lift hill a steep angle, remove a couple unneeded rides and dinosaurs alive, then intertwine the layout of the ride so it can go with MF. Or maybe they can start adding land, kind of like Dubai's artificial islands.

How I see Cedar Point getting a 500 foot coaster
1) open No Limits 2 in a Cedar Point recreation
2) Build a 500 foot coaster
3) profit?

A 500' vertical elevator lift would be cool on this hypothetical coaster.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
A 500' (or more) Polar Coaster on the former Sandcastle Suites land, with a hotel, shops, restaurant and viewing area (on top) incorporated into it. Sort of an exclamation point on the tip of the penninsula.
I'd want a 500 foot B&M coaster similar to Fury 325. If they ever did build it, I see the station near the Point Pavilion, with the lift hill and course heading towards the parking lot with a turn around out past the toll booths along the causeway.
Hey--- its almost Christmas, I can dream, right?
Merry Christmas, Pointbuzz- thankful to be a member here for over fifteen years!
dude, a 500 foot intamin is always better than b&m. Perhaps a launched one?

Yes, with how reliable those launched Intamins are, they should install 3 of them. And maybe a log flume while they're at it. What could go wrong?

My idea for a 500 footer: the lift hill goes in between Steel Vengeance and Gemini / Sling Shot, the drop heads toward the land where Sandcastle Suites used to be, and the coaster turns around there.
Say what you want about Intamin. Id love to have another in the park. Anyway...........Over 500 would be amazing! I could only imagine would awesome that would be.
Yes, I know there's multiple launched intamins in the park, but now that I think about the 500 foot coaster thing, wouldn't that cause a lot of stacking or be almost infeasible? You're building up a lot of speed by climbing up to that height, and also having a possibly short ride time. Besides, with a chain or cable lift, it would take a year and a half to get to the peak.
