Hiring Process ?

Have any of you guys applied for the 2013 season? If so, have you done a phone, skype or in-person interview already? How was it? How does the hiring process usually go and how long does it usually take?

This is going to be my fourth season working at the park. But first years this year are doing a phone interview followed by either a Skype or in-person interview. They're very relaxed interviews, pretty much "tell me about a time when..." type questions.

When I was hired back in 2010, I was hired essentially on the spot and I also found out where I would be working then too. But really depends on your hiring manager.

I am a first year hire too! I had a phone interview followed by a skype interview and I was hired during my skype interview. It took under 3 weeks for me to get hired after submiting my application. After submitting, wait a week and if no one has looked at it contact HR or one of the managers in the area you are interested in working. Goos luck to you!

I just put in an app april 5 2013 and have a couple questions.

1. is that wayyy to late

2.Im only 17 but will be 18 in june is that bad? will I not get hired

3.should i go to an open interview or wait until they call me

4.how long until they call
