Hiring

Does anyone know when cp will resume hiring they said in December well it is December.. I know this is only the 5th but I am so excited to work there and want to get hired so bad.

There is something about CedarPoint not knowing when the season will be over and so applications won't be sent out until they decide.

As a campus ambassador for Akron, I heard that thing about changing the end of the season through the grapevine too; but the ambassadors go to work next weekend (DEC 16). So they should have something by then. But they haven't even sent out rehire applications yet to past employees, but that information should be out soon. You can obtain information from a campus ambassador or the Cedar Point Web Site about working at Cedar Point. You can already request a brochure, though the brouchures may not be ready, they will have your name on a mailing list. Either that or email a campus ambassador that is local to you; we can help you out bunches.

In case anyone needs information, I am a campus ambassador for Penn State (esp Altoona Campus). I would be more than happy to answer any questions I can after the 16th (workshop). Let me know.

I do know that CP will be retaining last years pay scales..... as well they are going to be charging around $32 a week for the new dorms with AC in them!
