Alright I am not a perfect person to answer this because I've never worked there but I did go to a private school with STRICT hair grooming rules for girls and guys alike. Basically it must be tasteful. Nothing insane. If the highlights blend nicely and just allow the colors to pop then you should be fine. I plan on getting my hair adjusted before I come down as well and I'm a dyed red-head so I always fear people thinking it won't look natural.

I've never worked there either, but going strictly off of the Grooming Guidelines posted on CP's website, it's not permitted.

However, there may be some unwritten exceptions to the rule. Ultimately, I'd ask your supervisor/manager/leader, or at least wait for a more experienced employee to pitch in with their advice.

See the guidelines do say multi-colored but when I think that I think of extremely unnatural colors... or more specifically having extremely one color and extremely another color, even if they are natural shades. Example: Almost black with platinum blonde highlights.
If I am thinking wrong in that case then let someone correct me. Yet I think that having a little difference isn't too crazy like having a natural darker blonde with some lighter blonde highlights.
See I'm a little worried too, that is why I have posted twice, because I have a dark auburn shade with copper/blonde highlights. The cut is completely natural looking with simple layers because I have curly hair. The color would have passed at my old school but Cedar Point isn't a private high school now is it...

The grooming guidelines mention "multi-color or unnatural" hair colors. Since you're rocking highlights that are blonde, which is a naturally occurring color, and not a rainbow mohawk, you should be fine.
