Hey, Gemini crew...!

Last Friday I caught you guys running that thing at 3,085 PPH (not accounting for empty seats), 6 trains, simultaneous dispatches.

Eventually you'll figure out that the red train has to leave first, and the person driving the red side will be more comfortable bringing the train in at full bore as was happening on the blue side. That all comes with time and practice.

Yes, by the end of the day the two tracks were almost exactly out of phase with one another, and that seems almost unavoidable with those wretched seat belts. But it was the first time all season that I had seen 6-train operation, and I wanted to congratulate you folks on pulling it off very nicely. :)

Thank you for your compliment on our running 6 trains. This is my first season on the gemini and it really is a lot harder than it looks. lol Its a great ride to work on, but trying to race 6 trains is HARD. Like you said those seatbelts dont help much at all. But we are currently working out those few bugs that we have and we hope to be the best Gemini Crew ever, soon we will be racing all 6 all day. (i hope!) 8) Thanks again for your compliment.

We were at CP last Friday. As always, Gemini's crew is the BEST! We love Jessica and Conrad, and the fun they add to the wait. Makes it seem like every ride is the first, and the crew never acts bored. You're the reason Gemini is one of our favorite rides. Be back this Friday, with hugs and kisses for all of you.

Towanda!

This year, and years past, the Gemini crew is always very good. I especially enjoy the humor from the person on the mic.

I also have to commend the Gemini Crew, esp. Frank & Jessica. You guys are great. I can just do re-rides all day! Thanks 4 the awsome ride guys. And by the way you guys ARE the best crew Gemini has ever had!!

Conrad, Frankie and Jess,

Your devoted work is making me misty-eyed. Keep doing me proud! I will come see you maybe as soon as Tuesday if I can get a jet reserved from Rita.

Keep up the good work Dana! It sounds like you have ideals, ambition and pizzazz. Pizzazz propogates good leadership. Good leadership has distinguished the Gemini in recent years. At least I like to think so. :-)

As for RideMan saying "eventually you will figure out the red train has to leave first", I must interject my two cents in the form of two words. Not necessarily. It all depends on the weather determining the trim level. Changes must be made daily to dovetail the fickle nature of Cedar Point's answer to Xanadu, Gemini.

Rock on crew!

it was awesome last week the 4 days i was there the gemini trains were always neck and neck to the finish!!!!!
Our crew has been changing so much lately, we have a lot of new people. That's why some people haven't mastered bringing the trains in yet.

JULY 4th!!!!!!

Just wanted to thank all of you that are saying good things about our Gemini Crew, we work hard and we think we have mastered the art of 6 trains and racing. Our next task at hand is getting all of the guests a little more into the ride. hopefully we can be successful with that as well, so when you guys come ride please yell!! be loud and have fun, we love that.

Dana

Hey softballer would'nt it be fun to have me on your crew?

"Who Made Camp Bus Go Backwards?"

Camp Snoopy For Life...unfortuantley

J/K Camp Snoopy would somehow manage to suck me back in.

"Sorry Sir But You Are Too Stupid To Ride This Ride."

A poem for Jessica with apologies to Todd Rundgren:

Pretty Jess with status falling
Pretty as Chris Fike calling
for his new and needed buffer
as he stares into the water
and the yellow moon is rising
and there can't be no disguising
that another ATL is going bye-ing (sue me for that rhyme lol)
with a silver tag abandoning her side.

Thanks for the memories Jess. I am sorry that it didn't work out for you.

Man, the crew this year is willy-nilly.
