I got so lucky with the timing of this. I've eaten at Midway Market 9 times since Thursday. It includes the entire buffet and drinks.

I had my biggest trip of the summer planned for July 3-7. On my way to the park I called food services and asked if they could give me an update on any additions. Spencer informed me that the Midway Market had been added. I won't go into detail about all the teeth I had to pull to get my first few meals, but let's just say I'm pretty sure I'm the first person to use the season dining plan at Midway Market. Everything is working fine now.

I'm so happy Cedar Point made this addition. As a vegetarian, I can now have meals with friends at the park without feeling left out. Kudos!

^ Any issues with drinks at Midway Market or are those included as well?

I've never eaten at Midway Market. How is the food in general? I'm assuming it's your basic buffet style food. A lot of variety? Hopefully I get the chance to go later thus week.

I think we saw you there! Were you by any chance wearing a "Vegan Rider" shirt on Sunday sitting w/ Mean Streak Henry? We noticed your table because my niece got so excited seeing Mean Streak Henry. We have met him before riding MS :)

That was me! I dined with Henry a couple times over the weekend. His wife joined us for lunch on Sunday.

Yyz743, They have a decent salad buffet, a few pasta entrees, and several different types of cooked vegetables. There's also a nice variety of desserts. I skipped the meat so somebody else can comment on that! The menu was also altered a bit for the holiday weekend.

So you get the full buffet with your plan?

The dining plan has evolved into a great value.

Just left Midway Market and gotta say that to get all that food and Freestyle alone has made the meal deal the best thing ever. Plus the thought of going twice in a day.

Question about the all-season dining plan:

Does the plan continue into Halloweekends?

I haven't seen any fine print regarding the all season dining plan. That being said, everything does refer to it as "all season" without restriction to daily operations. This leads me to believe that it is valid from May 10 through closing weekend.

However, I would also like clarification on that.

They couldn't call it all season if it wasn't valid all season. Halloweekends is not a second season. As long as your pass works, so will the dining plan.

Agreed. The only reason for differing from that would be that some parks almost do treat their haunts as a separate season in terms of admission and whatnot. Cedar Point doesn't do that.
