Has the Iron Dragon ever been repainted?

Corkscrew was repainted. When it first opened, the blue was a lighter shade. It was always blue and white however, it was never green!

I was not alive when Corkscrew opened but wasnt it american themed beause of the bicentennial? And the the little red lights on the corkscrews still light up? I dont remember seeing them on.

Sorry, my colorblind eyes must have really fooled me again.

It's look "aqua" to me I guess.
