Has anybody had the same issues at Kings Island?

So often I wish that this site had a way to "like" various comments, posts, etc., similar to Facebook, and KICentral.

^ Look. You had a bad experience at Kings Island. You came here and created an account in order to post a scathing report on a different park's fan site. We simply pointed out that what you seem to have experienced is not the norm and that this is not really the best place to discuss your concerns. Take it up with the park or go find a more Kings Island-centric site in a more civilized manner. Now you're going around calling everyone a juvenile... Nice touch. Smooth.

Go back and read the first few posts where all of you jumped on me right away. I was in no way rude to any of you until I was treated with disrespect for asking a question. People with glass jaws....

Btw, I did just start an account here, you are correct but big deal, I've been a regular to pointbuzz since 2003, who cares if I never posted til now, but the reason why I never posted is because you all are so quick to flame and bully people here. Never friendly either and it's known. Hell, I'm a member of GOCC, have been for many years now, and quite a few members there agree.

You did post many things: many things that weren't consistent with what people who have been to the park many times have experienced.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm going to go with the people who have been to the park multiple times over your one visit to the park. That's not disrespect.

B) Let's see if I've got this straight. You've been on Pointbuzz since 2003, but you've never posted because Pointbuzz is never friendly, and that's known ... so eleven years later, you decide to create an account and post to a site that, by your own description, is never friendly... and then you're surprised that the site you describe as never friendly isn't friendly, by your standards of friendliness...

C) You're a member of GOCC,for many years, and many of the members there agree. Agree with what?

I am fairly new here and have been posting for a little over a year now. No one has ever bullied me, been rude or flamed me. Some have disagreed with me and I have disagreed with them. But I find them friendly and respectful. Posters will respect you if you respect them. I would even like to meet some of the members someday.

But that doesn't mean it didn't happen to me. You know what they say about 1st impressions... Also I pointed out in my 2nd post that I'd just chalk it up as a bad experience. Did I not?

I have to agree with you on some of what you've said. There are people who will use you post to make fun of you. I do it too so I hope nobody takes offense to that. I made fun of you for smelling the restraints as well as other people. I smelled the restraints once too. Never again though. And I feel that all restraints that are over a year old kinda have a funk to them. Amusement parks in general have a funk to them especially in the summer. When posting on the internet you kinda have to realize that there are people out there that will say whatever they want. You can't bust up someone's "glass jaw" over the internet.

There are also people who strongly disagree with someones opinion. And they are more than likely offended by your opinion. It offends me when people knock the company for some BS like it rained when I was there. CF doesn't control the weather and does not offer refunds. I get offended when someone suggests that CF should build or tear down a ride just because that's what they want. Or some imagined mistreatment where instead of confronting the accused they wait a week and overdramatize their experience. There is no way they only loaded a train with just Fastlane passengers. But it's your story. Chances are you weren't the next to board anyways. I don't see how anyone who makes a decent living would criticize a minimum wage worker for being alowd to take a break from working during their 12 hour shift.

I am pretty sure most of the people who your arguing with are competent adults though and not children. They just have strong opinions about their hobby, love, or investment. As far as I've ever seen the children that post here are very polite and just have questions about their first trip that they are going to go on.

Here's an idea go to a site devoted to homosexuality and talk about religion and damnation. See what kind of response you get. It will be about the same.
