Happy Halfway Day!

BTW, how IS Kingda ka anyway? When I went to great adventure, I was there the year right before KK was built.

But when we went, we had no idea about KK. All we had to do was wait another year, lol

I really dislike the shoulder restraints on KK, and the launch seems a little rougher (like side to side shaking) than Dragster. Other than that it's pretty much the same ride. KK does have a magnetic brake as the train starts to drop off the top of the tower that gives a pretty cool "suspended" feeling.

As for it being open, we had a gold Flash Pass, and I think we were on our 5th reservation for the day before we actually made it to the ride without it breaking down.
