hands up?

Its the "mother" bone, biggest, strongest, and 3rd hardest to break. Kids heal faster and better than adults though...
For the most part, no it does not hurt to ride Top Thrill Dragster with your arms up. Even though you are going so fast, you are still fully mobile. I can still move around during the launch, just not alot of time.

Life has it's ups and downs, might as well make it on a coaster!

i dunno....the next day id have to say my shoulders were kinda sore...

but it seems like it was just me

Millennium Twister: When it disengages it also makes the train shimmy. If you look really close, I thought that would hurt a bit looking at it. Your right no pain what so ever.

At least it's an INTAMIN!

When it was running, did anyone else notice that the pull up would wag like a WT spike? Or, that the back of the trains looked like they were going through kind of a whip effect? I wonder if this isn't what might have stressed the cable. I'm sure that this caused for some extra friction. Almost as if the train was behaving like the tail on a kite, or something.

But, I rode it, anyway.

I haven't got to ride it yet, but I am definetly going to put my hands up. I would think it would hurt a little though.

I have ridden with my hands up on Dragster. It didn't hurt nor do I think there would have been much time for it to hurt. I personally expected more of a veiw, however, it was over so quick......Guess thats what 120mph does to a ride!

If you are going to put your arms up, please wait untill the brake fins are dropping, once that happens the ops can't stop the launch. Otherwise you will know the true meaning of my signature.

Edit: Arms up is the way to go, but please for the sake of our sanity wait untill the brakes go down so we don't have to hear the guy saying "arms down" a bunch of times!

Arms down.....Arms down.....Arms down.......Arms down.....Arms down....Arms down...Arms down (you think they would get it the first time?!)

I thought the launch was a lot smoother than I originally anticipated. I was expecting to get thrown back.

It didn't do that at all.

DEFINATELY arms up though.

I had my arms up for my first launch on opening day and my hands tingled for a good 10 minutes after the ride. Has this happened to anyone else? Personally I like hands down during the launch and then up at the top hat. I think that it's more thrilling that way and you get two poses for your onride picture. ;)
