Hallowweekends Question

I am set up for an interview with Peggy for being a Screamster and I was wondering what do the employees normally do during the week when there is no work? Also are the Fire Deptartments in Sandusky paid or are the Volunteer. If they are Volunteer how far away from the point is the closest dept? I ask because I am a Volunteer Fire Fighter and I might see if they want help on my days off if I get hired.

Well, the park only provides you with housing on Friday and Saturday nights. The employees all go home or back to school during the week.

^You can stay in housing during the week too. Some departments still have work but its minimal.

Sandusky has 3 full time fire departments. I am not sure where the closest volunteer department would be.

There is a Fire Station right on the Causeway near East of Chicago Pizza and Breakers Express (Corner of 5th and Causeway)... I would check with them regarding volunteering for the FD.

Pretty positive they don't have volunteers for Sandusky.

I'm also pretty sure they don't have volunteers for Sandusky fire.

But yes, housing is open and still free every day of the week even when the park is open weekends only. Like 99er mentioned you can sometimes find hours helping some departments during the weekdays. I would talk to Peggy about it during your interview and she should be able to help you out.

ok guys so Im not new to this I'v had an account here since this was virtual midway. I just forgot the password. My question is I have applied to be a screamster. I did it today I am wondering what are the chances I will get hired. This is somethign that Iv looked forward to for a long time. any tips would be helpful

Give it a little bit of time. Peggy, the woman who will call you, is pretty busy sorting through people. Just hang in there.
