Had a phone interview...now what?

When will I find out if I got hired.

I don't know how it usually plays out, but my supervisor told me right then on the phone if I got the gig. A lot of people have told me though that if you get a phone interview, you are practically hired. If you had the interview today, call (or email) in a couple of days to follow up. I didn't get a call back originally, but I'm pretty sure I got hired because I followed up with the supervisor and showed initiative.
Log on to Jobnet and it should detail who's reviewing your app. If nobody is, call the department you applied to to see what's up.

Yea, after doing the interview they told me while I was still on the line that I was hired. I was jumping for joy after I hung up, I was bragging, lol! Oh those were the days... Good times.
