I'm looking for advice on what I can ride and what I can't from CP employees...
I guess I am "exceptioanlly sized" (hate that phrase!) though I don't have trouble fitting into restaurant booths or airplane seats. I used to ride at CP all the time and only had issues with the Raptor (big chest, so having and OTSR that has to clip in to a between the legs seatbelt didn't work for me) and I haven't been back since the first year the MF was installed. I was able to ride MF at that time.
Am I going to have issues? and if so on which rides? I am so excited for this trip and really don't want to embarass myself in front of friends by getting told on a platform that I can't ride.
Not knowing anything else about how you're "built" makes it hard to determine.
TTD is more accommodating that MF.
With both, however, it is the hips and backside that cause the greatest problems due to the belt.
WT could also cause problems.
I'm not sure on maverick, because I haven't ridden it yet, but my understanding is that it is more accommodating than any of the others.
Corkscrew can be really tough, especially since a blind monkey with a stick and a brain tumor could have designed a better system. And even the monkey would have looked at the ride and asked "Why does it need a seatbelt"
Raptor and Mantis haven't changed since your last visit.

Well the web site says if you are over a size 18 it could be trouble, and I am definately over a size 18. I am fairly hippy, but really chesty. That was always the bigger issue for me was things with OTSR that had to clip in. I understand MF changed thier belts to be smaller? Is that correct?
You are going to have trouble on MF and TTD, but it's impossible to say how much or if you'll be able to ride. If you can't ride Raptor, then most likely WT won't happen either.
On any ride that is in question, there will be a test seat at the entrance (MF, TTD, Raptor, WT, maXair, Skyhawk, Maverick, and maybe a couple others). Trying the seat and failing will be much less unsatisfied than waiting in a long line and failing in the station. Good luck!

I can tell you from personal experience that Blue Streak has some of the smallest seats in the entire park. MF may have the short belts, but our seats at Blue Streak are extremely tight. I even find it a bit of a squeeze width-wise, and I'm nowhere near overweight (6'1", 145). The seat dividers and padding are what really make it challenging. After seeing it for three months, the real problem is actually being able to sit down.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
Well let me help you.
I am a big guy.
I am able to get on everything except M.F and its a tight fit on TTD but i am able to ride. You should not have any problem getting on Maveirck.
I too am a fairly big guy. And also from the L.
I agree with everything MaVeRiCk said. More then enough room on maverick. I was amazed how well I fet into the restraints.
Just remember to hold the restraints next to your ears. Maverick IS NOT a hands up ride for most people, especially us bigger guests.
Well, whaddya know. There is a Candy Mountain.
Yes, Maverick is the first ride that I cannot keep my hands up on. It just knocks me around to much. I try and usually end up with a bruised neck.
I can just barely squeeze on millie. I do not have any trouble on anything else. I am 265 and 6' (male)
All of the ride restraint crap is really sad. Any properly designed roller coaster that has actual seats doesn't need any restraints. When the Streak still had normal seats, it wasn't tight at all.
Corkscrew tough as well for some. Mostly those who are tall or have long legs.

Although I have a waist line above 50 and I was able to ride Dragster. Get a little slack on the seat belt and if you are tall wicked twister is out. Corkscrew I have no problems.
3 things you can't talk about with people you don't know is religion, politics, and roller coasters!
There's becomes a point as to where the person is big/tall at. Some people have long torso who have trouble on even TTD if their neck is higher than the headrest and some OTSR won't come down. Others have long legs which can be a problem on inverts, but you have to be really tall.

For Wicked Twister it really depends on the person, we have had "guests of exceptioanl size" and they sit comfortably in the seat no problem. It really depends on like you said if your big chested, tall, etc doesn't automaticaly mean you won't be able to ride.
I would say come and try it out, Wicked Twister is a pretty accommodating ride for the most part.

I heard Peggy Birch in the Park Op office ask a large guest if they ever heard of Weight Watchers? I just about lost it. I had to turn and look twice at who said that. Yep it was Peggy. I just kind of put my keys behind the counter and got out of there because after that comment the guest was about ready to chop off her head.
^ Yeah, like totally. I'm sure someone who's been trusted with the position that Peggy has would be as unprofessional as that.
If you're going to make up a story such as that, at least spell her last name correctly. I don't even work for the park, but I know it's not spelled like that.
obviously it took alot for this guy to come forward with this. which means he had a drink or two. so lets excuse him for the spelling errors!!!
