Guest Services 2004

Let me just say that Cedar Point is heading in the right direction when it comes to facilities...wow!

I just hope I can find time for donuts. Oh wait....there's always time for donuts.

Wow! flat screen monitors?! I never thought i'd see the day! I think we need those in mall office;) You know, since the computers are from like 1983
Though it would clear up a lot of desk space to have the flat screen monitors in Mall Office, I'd say just move the old monitors from Season Passes over there if you're wanting new stuff. (It's not like you really need anything all that nice just to work with the AS400, though, which is all the computers in Mall Office, Resort Gate, Guest Services, and Group Sales are used for).

Yeah, for real... You should have seen Nancy's eyes light up at the mention of Starbucks coffee. ^_~

Yes, Lance, the slogan is, "There's always time for donuts." (I always spell it "doughnuts," which is an alternative and equally correct spelling, so I keep messing myself up). I'm amazed I don't have that new Cedar Point song stuck in my head at all. I thought it would never leave after I heard it the first time (that must mean it should have the desired effect with guests) but after 5 hours of Bemani tunes on the way back to Grand Rapids, I can't even remember what the words are..."Come on! Get on! Cedar Point!" ? ^_^

I'll, um, er, *add* some hockey pictures to the GameDay Grille, since hockey is like the *only* sport (of course, didn't some country in Europe define DDR as a sport?...hmmm). Just because they're all of the Wings, and not of the Columbus BlueJackets, shouldn't be a problem with anyone. I mean, you would only want to showcase the Great teams, which means you would have to leave out the Avalanche, the Stars, the Mighty Ducks (okay, let's just say, every other team in the league... ^_~ )

wow...

i am very impressed with all the enthousiasm you all have, the employees from CP (all services).

I worked six years for a SF park in Canada and i wish all the employees have the same energy as you guys do. I am not saying we are all bad, but it just doesn't seem to be the same experience from one place to another, well it is a 13 hour distance...

Keep up the good work, I will be visiting last w-e of october.

(sob) :( All this talk about jobs at the Point is making me wish I was 18 (but only for that reason, mind you... ;)

It's stuck in my head forever... which is a good thing, 'cause the music video helps with the wintertime blues.
