I've been here since about three months after he launched the CPlace part of the site. I've had three other usernames, but this is the one I'm using on all the other boards so I figured I might as well change it on this one too. My last username was Magnum 89-. This is my first post using the new name, which is actually my real name
I have been here since late January 2001. In my days of surfing GTTP I have meet several members: Red Garter Rob, Dan, Jeff S, Old Timer Tim, Corey, and Matt(on Magnum).

The original UBB forums are in a zip file somewhere (I think... I'm not sure), but that was the days of leased licenses, so I couldn't use it if I wanted to.
The numbers you see associated with your profiles aren't necessarily sequential. The database sometimes plugs in an earlier unused number, so you never know.

I've been here since maybe about 1 1/2 years ago. I was originally Shorti2443 but recently I decided to drop the 2443. I remember my very first post and how I got to be the quote of the moment for about a week. That's right when I started posting.

I remember finding this place last year when I was looking for some good info on the point. In the process I found the forums. Although I'm more of a lurker then a poster, I enjoy reading all of the good conversation on here.

Well, I joined both here and over at Coaster Buzz on the same day, last year. The earliest post I can trace over at CoasterBuzz (from before my name got accidentally deleted and I had to re-register) was at the very end of July, last year, so not all that long. About a year.
Three days from today, I'll be celebrating (well, not really "celebrating," but you know) my 1 year anniversary on CoasterBuzz. I've been here a bit longer than that... [Since I haven't posted here in such a long time (miss me?), I'm just going to post now for a quick link to my profile, and come back for the rest of this message... ;)]

Oops! What do you know! Jeff doesn't have the "Date Joined" on GTTP's forums info, so I have no clue when I joined! Oh well. It was just a bit after MF actually opened, so I'd say about 14 months or so.
I haven't been here in a while, as I mentioned. Nothing against this site, its users, Cedar Point or anything. It's just that, because I haven't been to Cedar Point in over a year now, and won't be going back 'til next year, I can't get as interested in it as I could this time last year. All the CP fix I need I can get over at CoasterBuzz. (Which, interestingly enough, within a year, I became a mod. I guess I'm just a lovable guy, huh! ;))
And would you look at that signature! Old-school!
