GTTP members

Since the "Ride pieces arrive today!" topic is getting a little off topic, I figured I would start this thread. Just wondering who has been here the longest and whatnot. I am number 112, I've been here since the beginning but just recently started posting. I was afraid before that you guys would make fun of my post or something but hey I was only 12 lol. Anyways 3 years later and I am finally posting. I would like to meet some of these famous people that I have read their posts for so long (Dan, Jeff, Dave A., and Jeff S. to name a few) The GTTP family is the best and I would like to get to know some of ya. So if im online Ncbball99 or Skillzmills04 on AIM give me a holler.

I have been here for about 16 months. I first started coming to GTTP a month or so before MF opened. I have my friend and fellow GTTP member Alex Parks (used to be B-Town) to thank for telling me about this awesome site. Ever since my first post in early May of last year, I have adored this board and its members. There are some funny people here, as well as some knowlegeable ones. GTTP is the first site I come to. When I am home, I will visit it 4 or more times a day just to see the new posts and respond. Now I am up to about 500 posts, and proud of it. :) I have CP Place to thank for not only getting me more addicted to CP, but also giving me most of the CP knowledge I now have. Ohhh well I will end my ranting now, that is my little speech :)

#110 here..

Been here since this site started. For a while, i was just a lurker. then i registered as "CP-God" on the now defunct UBB forums. Jeff, are the old UBB forums archived anywhere? I Would LOVE to go back and read that old stuff :)

I haven't been posting as much as i use to, but i read the site/forums every day.

I think its really cool that someone actually remembered me (DBCahill). I think the people here are some of the coolest peeps areound and would love to meet all of you sometime (i wanna see Dan's picture albums! ;) ). I have been here forever, but have never met anyone from the site yet.

Anyway.... Just wanna thank Jeff creating the best Cedar Point site on the net and hope to meet some of you soon!
I will have been here for two years on July 22nd. I first started coming to this site in May or June of 1999. My first post was right after I read about Millennium Force. My name back then was Alex. Later, I change it to B-town, then to Alex Parks.

Former name was B-Town
In 99 I stumbled across this place (wasn't it a different URL back then?) and registered, read, and maybe posted a few things mostly to get info on MF. I have no idea what my Screename would have been and I can't even remember what my e-mail address was back then.

I returned late 2000 and now I can't shut the heck up. If there was an award for most annoying rapid fire poster I would get it. My current number is 2205, which last three numbers are the same as the height of Magnum in feet and all four is about the height of MF's 3rd hill in inches. Coincidence, I think not. :)

I think I was one of the first few people to sign up. My origional screen name was airtime205.

I've been coming here with one name or another since about September of 1999.
I've been here for only a few months, but I've been a Coasterbuzz member for a year now. For some reason, it took me that long to sign up over here, even though I've been reading the forums since about last Christmas!

I've had a CP season pass for the last 13 years (and I'm 19 years old), and CP has always been my favorite place to spend my free time. I live a half hour away in Marblehead, Ohio, which I recommend as a place to visit for anyone who wants to vacation an extra day in the CP area. Marblehead is right across the Sandusky Bay from CP. In fact, I ALMOST see my house from the top of the Mean Streak lift. The Marblehead peninsula gives some great views of CP across the water, too.

There are tons of Jeff's here. I think there may have been a thread about it once...or the thread just got off topic.

I've been here for a long time. I was member #96 with my old screen name (CPgenius).

Like I mentioned in the other thread...does anyone remember "bodyin thelagoon"/"bodyin thewaterball"? I don't know what happened to him, but he just stopped posting one day. I thought his screen name was pretty...original.

Ya I remember that name...

It was pretty funny.
I've been here for a year & a half or so. I grew up in Toledo OH as a huge CP fan in the 70's & early 80's. I've been gone from the area since 1982 but I come back as often as I can to visit the shrine of my youth. Now I'm working hard to raise two new little CP fans.
