Group sales question

Hi.

My event is comming up on May 24, and I was woundering if the one week in advance is the date it was mailed, or the date it's received.

Due to collecting money form the members attending, I am only able to get it sent out on the 16th.

I'm not exactly sure but it won't be a problem if you got it sent out the 16th, just as long as they recieve the payment before the event date. I'm working in group sales so maybe I'll see you there.
