Grooming Guidelines 2013

Hello everyone. I heard that Cedar Point alliws employees with dreadlocks now. Is that true? My friend told me when she filled out her app this year she didnt see anything about dreadlocks not being allowed. I never got the chance to see for my self and I would love to work for Cedar Point next year.

Anyways, no. Cedar Point doesn't allow dreadlocks on employees. Males have the have their hair above their ears, and females have to have their hair in a neat style with one color only.

Dreadlocks go into the "unnatural" category within the grooming guidelines. I don't see this rule changing anytime soon.

Yes they were allowed this past year as a male from macedonia was allowed to have them that worked at a food cart. HR stated that he was allowed based on cultural and some reason religious grounds.
