Green track spotted???!!!

Hi,

I am new to this forum...but I have a question, the other day I was visiting a friend who works at Cedar Point (who lives in the dorms in the middle of the park...i think its called Cedars)...and anyways, around 1am I saw a flatbed truck with 2 pieces of green track drive by....but I though the new ride was red??? Do you think they are going to have the new ride change from Green to red like they did the colour change from white to red on dragster? Let me know.

Thats true. But you did see it yourself, right?! You didn't hear it through the grapevine?! Cause those things tend to be false. But if you really did see it, then maybe.

But if this was the other day, and the pieces were on a flatbed truck (which means they are coming from the staging area to the site) doesn't that mean the piece would be in the pics from today?!

They must've buried the track because someone would've seen it by now.

not if they covered it. or mabye put it somewhere else until it's needed.

I take this all with a grain of salt, but if it's true, could lead to some interesting assumptions. For example a dueling coaster or something.

Red and Green.. It's Xmas in August.. as I have said for the last week (my Ohio State season tickets just got in, thus Xmas in August).

Well if this bit of information is true, things just got a hell of a lot more interesting.

If you are sure that the track passing was green then this is quite interesting. Thanks for the info! I doubt it would be used as an alternating color for the current ride (unless it was given a Christmas theme and Frontier Town was turned into winter wonderland) but it could be used for a dueling track.

2 coasters are coming in, maybe that's why they're starting so early.

in this picture it looks like this coaster goes from yellow to green.

so maybe this one is changing colors too.

Or, maybe they're building 2 coasters for 2007 & this is just the beginning of their construction adventure. I like that idea...even though it's a slim chance! :-)
