Goodbye GTTP

So what if it is a woman? It's his choice and we should wish him the best of luck, no matter what. People fail to realize that life ranks higher than even Cedar Point sometimes.
Perhaps Dan just decided that there were other activities he wanted in his life besides rollercoasters and Cedar Point? It's not really that bad of a thing to realize there are other things in life to be enjoyed as well.

No, but it's pretty stupid to just blow off what you like to do for any reason. How does one become happier in life by doing less of what they enjoy?

That's kind of what I was thinking Jeff. I'm kind of hoping he isn't doing this for a girl. Any relationship should have some compromise in it. Doing the things the other one likes to do sometimes. My girlfriend used to complain that I was obsessed with CP and I had a wierd hobby (coasters). Now she complains that her new boyfriend collects stamps and that's boring. You just can't win with some people. Now I could understand Dan not going to the park 90 times a year and not reading GTTP 10 times a day, but to give it all up completely, I think he'd need a better reason. I believe he has a bigger reason than just a girl to be honest but I might not ever know. :) I just wish him luck in whatever it is because it was fun having him around.

The whole woman thing was a joke but it probably is.

I doubt very much that it has anything to do with women, but this really isn't the place to start talking about Dan's personal life anyway.
