If you call up at H/R and ask if u can come earlier than your processing date, will they let you

Generally no..

.. and it's not up to HR it's up to your department. If you want to come in earlier then contact them.

On your contract it states that if you're going to be in housing, the earliest you can process in is 24 hrs before you start.

Some people in the past have processed in on Friday and started on Monday (before the season begins when you get weekends off) but I'm not sure if they still do that.

Last year I processed in a week early. What I did is I actually just went to HR (I was already at CP helping to move in a friend) and then they ended up calling someone in my department to see if it was ok that I processed in early. They let me do it, but I would probably be best to call the department ahead of time. I know that if you applied online, you can go to jobs.cedarpoint.com and then sign in and it will give you all of your information about your contract along with a contact number for someone if you want to change your contract dates.
