I sat in the front and I did get a little sprinkle of water in my face. As for the back, I didn't feel a drop. The back seat it the best by the way.
Although I haven't been fortunate enough to ride it yet, from what I've heard, I believe you only get wet in the front seat. And by "wet" I think you only get a few sprinkles as said above.
Thrills Around the Corner!
^ I rode 6 or 7 times so far and it varies a ton. My first ride was in the back and I got suprisingly wet (just enough to cool you down, you're definately not getting soaked), my next ride was in row 2 and again, I got pretty wet. One of my times in the front seat I got quite a bit of water, but an hour later (again, in the front) I could hardly feel it.
I'd say it depends an awful lot on wind, not where you sit. The water is falling at a steady rate from above the track so each seat has the chance of getting wet.
Conclusively, you won't really know how you're going to get until you're stengal-diving under the lift :)

This weekend, the spray over the s-curve was not on, so there was no getting wet at all. The water bombs shoot off after the train passes them, so they shouldn't be getting you wet.
I rode twice, once in row 2 and once in the back seat, and neither time did I get wet at all.
It's called Millennium Force, not "Millenium" Force. Thanks.
Thanks for the advice, my sister loves roller coasters but can't stand getting wet, so I'm trying to decide what to tell her :)
I've ridden it in the front 4 times and the second row once and I didn't get wet in the second row, but when I rode it in the front, just about everytime I got splashed by the water. It's not as bad when it's nice and warm out but it really does suck at night and it cools down. I got the very last ride in the front row of Maverick on May 29th and it was very cold when the water hit me

Raptor3391- Honestly, tell her to deal with it. You are going to get hardly drops of water on you. If she loves roller coasters, she will get passed it.
Knowing her she won't get passed it when she doesn't like something she can let it cloud her vision, I think the best thing would be if I play stupid, tell her nothing, and say I didn't know it would do that :)
Do what Mark said, go around to where you walk my Magnum then across from Mean Streak. AND play dumb and don't tell her. ;)
What she doesn't know, won't hurt her. Plus, the only way she would be lying would be if raptor3391 said, "nope, you don't get wet one bit on this ride."
I don't think getting a splash of water on the ride in the day (its not like Snake River) is nearly anywhere as bad as the bugs at night!
You don't really get wet alot. And your dry by time your in the station. You could tell her if you want. But I would still lie to her and take her round by Magnum then to Meanstreak just because. tell her bout the water when your locked in the seat and headed out of the station.
i was in the second row and got a little sprinkles.i was expacting it, even i knew they went off, so it was a little surpise which i liked

To me it was no different than getting spashed in the face when you ride on TTD front row. It doesn't hurt so don't worry about it. I have been on Maverick almost 30 times and haven't had a problem with the water spraying my face.
