Getting hired

I have had my phone interview and have a face to face interview coming up. Will they tell me at the end whether or not I got the job?

Not sure about face to face it depends on whether the manager that viewed your app is able to interview you. I think you will have to wait a day or two afterwards. During my Skype interview, I was hired on the spot. Good luck to you!
