Gemini 25

I thought it opened on the 4th of July? Might be wrong, that was 25 years ago. The harsh winter delayed the construction. A tornado hit the site before the construction, after hitting the train station in frontier town, and destroying the wooded setting of the Mine Ride. I think it messed up the track on the lagoon drop too? Anyone else remember? Always a great and reliable ride. Always delivers!

Nope, it did open on a Sunday and it was Father's Day. The Opening was delayed because of the harsh winter...Blizzard of '78 etc.

No chance for 6 trains that early in the season, CP doesnt budget the staffing for 6 trains until the end of May, or even into June. Last year we didn't run six until June, and then mostly only on weekends, then July came and it was everyday all day. If you get to Gemini first, you are pretty much assured of no lines or very very very short ones. Its a great ride, I will be doing my 25 rides another day though!
