So I have off and on in the past couple days viewed the lot cam and do not see Gatekeeper running. Are there any startup issues that has been giving it any prolonged down time?
I have not seen it running all day today. Maybe just random bad luck with the cam, but I was watching pretty steadily from 9am to 10am and never caught it running during early entry time.

35 mph winds will do it. The park has been getting **** on by winds basically consistently since they opened Saturday.
I am here today, it is not running. The sign at the entrance says down due to high winds. The person at the entrance of Gatekeeper said it probably won't open today.
Lets hope this does not become a Windseeker situation. Do realize that nature is a mother however. Guess this is why I have not seen much TTD action on the cams either.
It's all Windseeker's fault!!! It needs to stop "searching for wind" and bringing it to the park!!!!
Dragster is running. It had some downtime but just came is back up. The winds do not feel that bad, I know ground level is much different. Everything is down or up and down today. Right now Maverick and skyhawk are also closed.
Last report was that they were waiting for a part. I know I saw maintenance staff working on it on Thursday during Media Day.

GateKeeper was up (I rode it) when I left the park today at about 6:50ish.

The wind was pretty mild today. Even the ever-so-sensitive Dragster was running fine.
I know it's way too early to be keeping track, but it is a little disconcerting that a breezy day like today can take it down all day...it was kinda-sorta constructed in what I have always thought of as one of the windier sections of the park...perhaps it's the direction?
Promoter of fog.
I waited on Gatekeeper all morning, from when I arrived for early entry until I gave up around 12:15. I did not feel I wasted the time as nothing else I wanted to ride today was running this morning. Winds were pretty gusty today. Was informed that the one morning test run with the water weights barely made it, they feared they'd have to winch the train.
Part of the morning Raptor was running with only the first two rows being used, unless that was testing with staff...anyhow Raptor and TTD were on and off for most of the time I was there.
Mid afternoon I was on the big wheel and once away from the ground the breeze was pretty strong.
Had to leave around 4:30 pm and w staff pulling the water weights off of Gatekeeper's train, so they ran it after all today, sorry to have messed that. Today was my CP day without my daughter so I could ride the rides I want to...she WANTS to ride the big coasters with all her heart, but her 44 inches just doesn't cut it yet.

Eh, it's seems to be hit or miss this week everywhere. Perhaps once the spring shifts into summer the winds will settle a bit. I don't pretend to be very knowledgeable about the Lake Erie wind general forecasts. :)
I sure have missed SkyHawk this week...anyone know what's going on there?
And MF's blue train is currently in pieces on the ground by the brake run.
A shaky opening, I'd say...but 90% due to weather.
Promoter of fog.
I figure the cold along with the wind this morning dd not do us any favors.
Watched a couple staff having at the front car of MF's blue train with razor blades removing the decorative decals while I was in line for the coaster. Later from the train on the way to Frontiertown it looked like they were unrolling a new decal.
