I rarely ever see them come close to being half full. I don't think it's a huge problem. :)

I noticed that much of last summer, the pavilion on the right side of the front gate was closed off. I wonder now if they did that in order to see what kind of capacity those pavilions actually needed.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
During the time lapse I saw the WINDSEEKER running up and down. Does anyone know why it is being tested?
While I'm sure there's a logical explanation, but does it seem like the large crane moves around a lot, with nothing to show for it? I mean, its here, then its there, and then in another position. From the view, it doesn't look like its moved anything of importance during that time. It's almost as if they have to "use" it to get their money's worth out of it for the day...

Yes, I'm aware of that. I was referring to the time lapse above in which it didn't look like much was happening in relation to the amount the crane was moving.

Aside from fuel costs, they are paying the same per month whether the crane is used every day or not.
Just because we only saw a few pieces of steel erected doesn't mean the crane isn't needed to move pieces throughout the site and to assemble supports before being rigged and hoisted by the crane.
Nick
I would think that moving pieces around the site and pre-assembling pieces could be done with the smaller crane.
Some of them may require a crane than can handle a heavier load. Or to lift things to a spot that may not be as easily accessible for the other crane(s).

Note: Cam 2 only has the last part of the week, as I didn't start capturing until them.
Also, the webcam captured the tour on Saturday.
