Games Host Strategies??

This will be my first year at CP and I will be in the games department. I am wondering what are some of the tactics or strategies used to bring in more guests to your game? Crack a joke maybe? Any advise will be greatly appreciated!

I plan on cracking a joke or something along those lines. This will be my first year, but from what I have witnessed while at CP is the game host attempt are creative to get guest over to the games.

Call out for the guest to play your game. Smile do not lean on your counter of your game. Always come in with a positive attitude. It can be slow at times during the day and get boring. I got some advice for you they have secret shoppers that are undercover employees then come to your game and test you on your game.I got secret shopped last season and i did not do as good as i should have and that resulted in getting a final step.So in other words ALWAYS BE ON YOUR GAME ALWAYS!!! and BUCKETS!!

What is a "final step"?

Final step is the last thing you get before you get fired

First step is a warning
Second step is your"First step"
Third step "is you mess up again and your screwed"
Final step is "This is your last step before getting fired"
And then you get termed
