iv been hired at cedar point as GAMES - LABOR POOL. what does that mean?

It means that you will be put where they need help when you get there you arent assigned to a certain game

Yes, it means you aren't being assigned a specific game right off the bat. You will find out when you get there where you will be working. I actually like that it said labor pool this year...last year it said bank-a-ball for everyone haha
