Funtime Group says Wind Seeker headed to Cedar Point, threatens legal action

@ 99er, Obviously this is not a patent infrengment because the coasters are two different colors. Not to mention that they changed the overall height by a couple of inches and added pinstriping.;) I have never seen that but it was comical.

No coaster will ever be too fast or too tall!

Really?

Then what is this?

Mike: I think there was a general fad or trend for rides, but it was never really competitive since few parks compete fro the same markets.

I know I'm a little late on this, but Steel Phantom vs Magnum is what always comes go mind for me.

also,
Corkscrew vs Double Loop....Most inversions
Pittfall vs Power Tower....Tallest Freefall
Delirium vs Max Air.... Tallest and Fastest ride type

So, will there be an announcement tomorrow, or will this potential lawsuit put the announcement on hold?

One of the articles said the announcement will still be tomorrow.

Detroit Free Press picked up the story on Sunday. They did say that when reached for comment, Cedar Fair declined to comment, but will still go on with the announcement.
