Frontier Town losing flare

I have not been to cedar point this year and will be going very soon. One of the things that i am concerned about is the condition of frontiertown. With Skyhawk just recently put in and Project '07 being constructed as we speak, is there still a nice, relaxing, rustic look and feeling in froniertown?

Yes.

Don't worry, I think Skyhawk just made Frontiertown a lot better. You still have that relaxing walk through frontiertown, even though project 2007 is being built. I just hope that next year the Antique Cars still stay. To me Antique Cars is the most relaxing part of Frontiertown.

Trees. There needs to be a lot of trees planted once this coaster is built.

I never realized how much of an impact the trees made, until they were removed this year.

Frontier Town is better with the addition of Skyhawk. I will agree with other people and say that Project 2007 area will need a huge amount of trees. Granted it will take years for them to fully develop, I hope they do some good landscaping in that area.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

I would hope that Frontier Town never flares (and has none to lose). All that history and flair would be lost.

There needs to be a lot of trees planted all over the park.

The walk from about Tender Foot Pass to Snake River Falls I thought was very relaxing.

It still is very relaxing. I agree that Skyhawk just made the area better and a little more lively. One thought I had as to why Project '07 was started so early is so they could do extensive amounts of landscaping and planting before next year.

Thrills Around the Corner!

I doubt it... Usually the landscaping is done the last week or before the ride even opens.

They usually can't start landscaping any earlier, because of weather.

Frontier Town losing flare

I'm thinking that if it had flares to begin with it would have burnt down so the fact that it's losing them can only be good.

Ride on, MrScott!

Frontier Town doesn't really like to talk about its "flair."

Actually, Fontier Land almost got fired from the park for only having 26 pieces of flair, when it is required that all sections of the park have at least 29 pieces of flair.

Promoter of fog.

I do hope they plant more trees. I miss the WWL Site and all the shade it provided.
