From one housing to another [another housing thread yeahyeah]

Alright so I KNOW that Commons Dorms housing opens May 2nd... and i KNOW that you are allowed to move up to 3 times and that until Commons Dorms open, I have to stay elsewhere.

Now my question is:

Are there like carts or anything that you can toss a bunch of stuff into to ease the move a bit?

I'm processing in April 26th and will be bringing a minifridge, tv, and some other stuff... annnnnd carrying that back and forth would be a bitch hence why I'm asking if there's like a cart that I would be able to toss a bunch of stuff onto and move it to the other building.

They have those sorta things at colleges so I was HOPING they'd have that for the housing at CP as well.

SO... anybody know if they do for sure?

I wouldnt worry about bringing a tv unless you are staying in the apartments, it creates less room and all the tvs have cable in the dorms, yes they do have old hotel carts that can carry most of your stuff if not all if you know how to stack it the right way. you should be fine. :)

To move from room to room, you have to completely move out of your original room and turn in the keys for them to give you the keys to the new room.

and I'm assuming that you are in Bayside right now...I dunno if they let you take the karts across the street

@Erin: lol no I process in April 26th ((tuesday)).. and is any part of Commons open now orr...?? 'Cause if Commons Apartments is open then, as I said, I'm staying there until the Dorms open up

no commons doesn't open until May 2nd

When do the Gold Dorms open? I process in on May 16th and my roommate and I want to stay in Golds. What do we do if they aren't open when we go up?
