Friday August 27 Millenium ERT

I am done waiting in the 2 hour lines for a coaster I have been on 1000 times.

It's amazing how much more fun the park is with a pass, and living in Sandusky. It's so much easier to go, enjoy what you want, and not worry about missing something. If the line is too long, we can try again next time around. Heck, it'll still be there next weekend. I worried that by this time of the summer we'd be burned out, but we really have fun every time we go. Best entertainment investment we've ever made.

ERT on Halloweekends Friday nights are sweet!

Let's Get Weird.

We try and get our morning ride on Millenium during ERT. That way we're guaranteed our ride for the day if the line gets too long later in the day. I will say that living five minutes from the park and having platinums has spoiled us. None of us want to stand in line more than 15 minutes tops. But we enjoy a lot of the other smaller rides and they never seem to have longer lines. Maxair is always a must..... at least twice when we're in the park and Skyhawk. With a smaller one we spend time in kiddie kingdom. But.... can't complain about fifteen minute lines for morning ERT or even ride nights when most people spend an hour plus most of the time for Millenium.

I was also at the park last night for the Millennium ERT and I think people should be thankful for the fact the park will keep the ride op's for an extra hour of pay and Tony Clark and Tyler also put in the time to stay for the event. I heard someone telling Tony that the line closed 3 1/2 min early compared to the time on his watch. I thought, a simple thank you for keeping the ride open, might have been nice! I got 4 rides during the ERT, saw a lot of friends, and even met a few new ones! I will have to agree with Ensign on one of the best events the park has ever had was MillenniumMania!

Were you wearing a MF hoodie and ball cap? Think we may have seen you there.

As far as saying thank you, I agree completely. Seems like a lot of people forget what their mom taught them as kids.

Yes Chase, I did have on a Millennium Force 10th Anniversary SweatShirt and Millennium Force ball cap.

My morning routine is to sleep in as late as I can, get to the park, and go for the shortest lines.

I am done waiting in the 2 hour lines for a coaster I have been on 1000 times.

That's why I only visit the park in May-early June and late August. You won't catch me in Sandusky from June 20-August 20.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

Tony, I was a bit surprised to see you in the sweatshirt. I was in shorts and a t-shirt an i still put on the ac in the car on the way home. I guess I'm a bit more hot blooded than most. :)

@Tony....we were only about 3 or 4 people in front of you in line before ERT started, and you rode single rider with my wife on our 4th ride. Maybe someday I'll be able to start putting faces to names around here.
