Free time

So what does everyone do in there free time off duty from CP? I think if I'm hired; I will have to pay a visit to Skate World. I have been roller skating for almost 13 years. I speed and jam skate as well. Anyone skate as well? What about piercing/tattoo parlors? Any in Sandusky?? Clubs, etc?

Working the carnival was great, but after eating free elephant ears (3 a day) I cant have one bite even 6 months later...

In my free time I usually either go into the park, go shopping, or anything else. It just depends on the day, and who else is off with me. I used to skate all the time as well. I speed skated, but didn't jam skate. It used to be my life!!

Never been to skate world so I'm not sure if it's a decent place as I didn't have alot of free time last season.

IvyRose - There are three tattoo/piercing parlors in Sandusky. Fantasy Ink on Columbus Ave. is great! Of course, I am a little biased... ;)

With my free time, I usually slept, went into the park, went shopping, went to Soak City, got a tattoo...there's a lot to do around the area, so you shouldn't be bored. :)

there's plenty to do. when the hours start to get really hectic sleep seems to be the most popular though. of course you have the parks. also after so long you can get free tickets for six flags or paramount. either one could be a fun day trip.

theres also the entire ESD sha bang, lots of trips to nearby parks, and other misc fun stuff like niagra falls, and the baseball games at clevaland.

it just depends on what you're interests are and how old you are...if you're 21 and always up for a party, put in bay and the rest of the south bass islands are about 10 minutes away, and i believe windsor, canada is about an hour and a half, but don't hold me to that...and that always makes for a fun time...like they said above, if you like sports, jacob's field is about 45 mins. away, if you're into shopping, cleveland is 45 mins...so it just depends on what you like to do, but once you actually get there and start to know the area and make friends, you'll find other things to do...there's really limitless possibilities...there's also trips planned by esd, there's ride nites, games nites, movie and potato nites...all kinds of things to keep you busy, but as someone already stated, when mid summer rolls around, sleep will be on the top of your list!!!:)

I can honestly agree to there being so much to do. Never did any of the ESD stuff... but I found stuff to do!

Ah, the return of Ryan. Yes sleep is very popular also! The second half of my summer was spent sleeping in my room...

None.. the only place close to it is drag night at the X (the local gay bar).

Aww. darn! That wouldn't be fun for the ladies at all. And Drag night? OMG!

trust me, 90% of the friends (at least male friends) you make will be gay and you will go to the gay bar with them, and it really does make for a good time, especially if you know people that participate in the show AKA LADY ROSE and SAPPHIRE....CHAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

pain abd pleasure is the best place for tats! al of my tats are from pain and pleasure- the amll is always fun, theres movie places, and cleveland near by. though u spend so much time working and going to the bar that you won't have much time for anything else-

I won't have to worry about going to the bar, I'm under-age; and even so I drive all the time. But its ok, I'll just have a virgin daquiri or a Shirley Temple, lol

my free time at night time i usually went to louies and got waisted lol
