You get four free one-day passes after a month. Then you can get discount tickets, for I think it was around 30 dollars. It's the same discount you can get from AAA or pretty much anywhere else. So unless your friends or family absolutely cannot get tickets anywhere else, you can get them discounted tickets at HR. Another option is buying (or getting free if they're nice) from an international employee, who most likely would not have anyone to give the free tickets.
