Free employee tickets?

I know this is in a handbook but I'm out of town and can't find the PDF online anywhere. Do we pick up the tickets at HR? And do we have to call ahead of time and have them waiting even if we're physically going to be there to get them with the guests who will use them?

You don't need to call ahead. Just go to HR, and ask for your tickets. Then you can go to guest services at the front gates and you can leave your tickets for whoever you're giving them to. So if you're working and they come, they can just stop in there and pick them up.
