Forever...

What ride or attraction at CP do you think will last the longest or forever inside the park? The ride that can never be removed or replaced. Taking that ride away would break the hearts of many CP fans.

I think that ride would be Gemini. Its a classic.

Magnum...definitely. There would be masses of enthusiasts rioting, especially at Coaster(Magnum)Mania.

What is most anticipated event of 2003? the debut of Dragster, the release of Metallica's new album, the release of Terminator 3, or the release of Matrix:Reloaded...tough call.

Cedar Downs, even though i would have said teh same thing about Mill Race and The Pirate Ride at the time.

Agreed, Magnum would cause mass anarchy. The waves of Lake Erie would rise, destroying whatever goes in its place. There would be signs of an apocalypse such as Britney Spears becoming a nun, Dubya invities Sadaam over to play in the executive sandbox, and GTTP becomes clear of those pesky trolls.

To all my teachers who said I didn't have creativity, WHAT NOW! Ok, time to lay down, I've hurt myself...

I agree about Cedar Downs. That is a classic ride & is one of only a few in existence today. Besides, it was originally at Euclid Beach Park & I'd hate to see something that classic go.

Of course, the main roller coasters can't go either. Those are the main reason most people come to CP. Look at all the hype over TTD.

Magnum. Then Gemini. That coaster is still very popular and is a great "tween" coaster between huge drops and the lil tiny drop coasters. And besdies, it's just an all around fun ride, to be racing another train. And the head chopper on that first drop...I love it. Not to mention my butt goes off the seat During the drop with my hands up since I've got no rear end. I'd hate to see that go :(

OMG! The Space Spiral is leaning!!" Must be the weight of that new air conditioning system everyone keeps hypothesizing about...

Definately the Magnum. Maybe MF too, but magnum's been around longer and more people would miss her.

CP Fanatic Forever!!!

Magnum! I'd lead the riot if they would ever suggest taking my baby out.

I also agree that Cedar Downs should always stay because there are only 2 of those rides left in the US and I think that is the only one that still races.

Schwabinchen...am I too late?

Magnum. And i'd be right besides CoasterBunny, and everyone else, in the riot if it ever happened.

LONG LIVE THE KING OF COASTERS!!! THE MAGNUM XL-200!!!
May its reign be forever.

Mozilla may have taken two years to reach v1.0, but it is more stable and secure than IE will ever be.

it would be a 2 way tie...blue streak gemeni and corkscrew.......they are all turning points for the park. Bluestreak because it is such a classic and even tho it isn't huge it is a good thrill. Gemeni cause it is the most ridden ride...EVER!lol and corkscrew...it broke the inversion barrier and it was the first to go upside down over a midway! although i would be mad if any coaster would leave that park...i love them all. it is like picking what finger or toe your gonna lose!

YEAH!!!!!

I'd camp out at the top of the hill(like people do with trees). I would not go to Cedar Point if the Magnum was gone. It was brand-spankin-new the very first year I went there, and I would never imagine seeing the park without it.

Metallica, Magnum and Mountain Dew, and finally turning 21...what could be better?

I thnk it would be a tie between Blue Streak and Cedar Downs. They are both excellent rides and classics. I will ride both of them forever.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the train yet.
Magnum is a classic favorite of everyone. But why hasn't anyone said Millennium Force yet? What would go through your mind if CP said they will tear down MF right now?

The Blue Streak and The Magnum.

Blues streak is quite old and so much fun. The magnum is like a steel version of it. Everyone seems to love Maggie. It was basically the first huge coaster there and it's great.

I vote we rip down PT (aka mammouth tower of death)

Cedar Point is closed for the season. Reason? Freezin!

For the record, that's a 3 way tie. ;)

We all know Magnum is getting rough as the years pass... What do you think the reaction would be if they were to rebuild her to where she runs like she did when the ride first debuted? I'm not saying it would ever happen, just hypothetically.

Magnum won't leave for a while. Neither will Blue Streak. I think the train will stay just with different...trains and tracks.
