How about El Dorado from GL being relocated to CP along the midway near Coasters drive in restaraunt? It would be a perfect fit and match the area quite well in my opinion with the hot rods. What do you guys think?
That means that they would have to get rid of a great deal of outdoor seating for the Drive-In. With the lack of capacity inside of the building the outdoor seating is paramount.

I agree about the capacity thing. It would be fun, only for CP, it would have to be HUGE.
I think CP should get a giant top spin, but it would never in a million years anyway. But it would be fun........
With the additions of maXair and Skyhawk, I feel that the park has a good share of noncoaster thrill rides.
I'd expect a rockin' tug or some other kind of family type ride in the near future.

Personally I would love to see one of those big Disko rides like the one at Kings Island at Cedar Point. I think if Power Tower's line was completely redone so that the main entrance is somewhere near Speed Zone and it was greatly reduced in lenght (since it never gets to be even half full). The new ride could be put alongside corckscrew and behind Power Tower, where the current PT entrance is, and the new ride could have its station and line near the Superhimilaya. Just a thought, not sure if it is possible but sounds like it could be. Ohh and just to be unique it could be painted maybe red and yellow.
What ride are you referring to at Kings Island?
And you can't reduce the line from Power Tower. Those HalloWeekend days use them all up..

Wasn't El Dorado one of the rides they were trying to sell instead of relocate?
I was disappointed when I heard the Top Spin was going to Great America. That's a neat ride that I think every park should have. I don't think we'll ever see another Giant Top Spin made, unless they can work out the very serious problems.

Oops, thanks Jeff for reminding me. I mentioned the top spin idea, but forgot about the Huss thing. :)
We'll just hope for the best.
Actually El-Dorado and Americana where NOT on the for sale list online.

I think the disko ride might be Avatar: The Last Airbender. I think that that ride is very large and wouldn't fit in there. That's my opinion at least.

I would love a Sky Swat but its not likely because the other ones dont run well is what I herad. Isnt there only one in the U.S.? I just heard they are a pain for maintence
Let's Get Weird.
Ill just throw this idea out there again:
A Spiderman style Snoopy Dark Ride. Follow Snoopy around as he listens to Linus and Charlie Brown talk, then become Joe Cool, only to be discovered by Lucy who he then licks and then runs out of school (cue chase scene, including a 360 room where he is rotating Linus and his blanket around and around) and climaxing in a Red Barron Fight.
Of course now that they have sunk more money into the Aquatic Stadium, there goes my perfect location for that ride, but there is still Disaster Transport ;).
I really like the donosaur escape one GL once had. That was really good, and would go right into CP.
Minus the dinosaurs, it'd have to be something different. But not Snoopy.
