Fishing at Cedar Point...

Hello,
First of all, are you allowed to fish at Cedar Point? We are staying at Camper's Village. If so, where abouts in the area? Also, do we need fishing licenses if we are from out of state, and if so, where do we get those?

You can get a ride on a fishing charter for a couple of hours for something like $45. Buy the fishing license at the marina office.

You can fish off the pier at Camper Village. You might just catch a Walleye. Don't forget to get a fishing licence. You can stop at Walmart on Route 250 for worms and a licence. Waive on your way by to CP!

It's been a few years, so I don't know if this is still true, but there used to be a fishing hole over by Snake River Falls I always wanted to try. Every time I would pass it, you could just see these huge fish just jumping out of the water! Of course, the CP staff are a bit protective of the lagoon carp, but with a quarter and a quarter of an hour, you could feed a busload of people if they would let you.
