First trip to the Point ever!!

On Friday I made my first trip to Cedar Point. We arrived at 9:45 a.m. and stayed until 11pm at closing. This is how our trip went:

9:50-We got in line for Raptor. After the ride started running, we had a 25 minute wait. It was an excellent start to the day and became at the time my favorite ride ever!!
10:30-Got on Disaster Transport. No wait. It was an OK ride, but does not compare to Outer Limits along the lines of indoor coasters. Kind of boring.
10:40-Got on Space Spiral. No wait. Good view of the park.
10:50-Got on Giant Wheel. 10 min. wait. Ride was very slow and boring. If people want a view of the park, SS is next door. You only go around 2 times.
11:10-We ate at the food place next to Disaster Transport. Had really good hamburgers.
11:45-Got on Wildcat. 20 minute wait. Ride is better than it looks. Worth the wait.
12:10-Got on Iron Dragon. 10 minute wait. Worse than expected. Ride is longer than PKI's Top Gun, but is definitely not as fast or fun. Go if there is very small wait only.
12:30-Got our TTRs for MForce. LONG-looking line, but only 5 minute wait. TTR were for 2-3.
12:45-Got in line for Mantis. The line was a 1 and a half hour wait!!! (For now) I like PKI's King Cobra better, because Mantis really hurt my ankles. I Might have had my seat too low. I will try it again next time, but could not feel whether I liked it or not, especially because of the wait. It looks and probobly is really fun though.
2:25-Got in line for MF. The wait was only 30 minutes!!!! This is by far the best ride I have ever ridden!! THe hill seems almost neverending and goes straight down. It felt like it was at the 92mph during the whole ride. The only problem was that some guy thought he was sooo smart and was telling his group that next year it will be changed the the 2001 Force and will shange every year until a coaster is taller than it is. I almost cracked up, but there was more of me feeling sorry for what was going on in his head. Oh well, EXCELLENT RIDE!!!!!
3:15-Got in line for Mean Streak. 45 minute wait. Really fun! Didn't hurt like most of you say. Not as good as Son of Beast because I like the hill and speed better. Still great though!
4:10-Got in line for Cedar Creek Mine Ride. No wait. This is absolutely the worst non-childrens coaster I have ever ridden!! No good hills, speed or turns.
4:25-Ate at the corn dog place across from Gemini. Had really good corn dog minis.
4:45-Got in line for Gemini. 10 minute wait. This was the most suprisingly excellent ride at Cedar Point. It was true to its name. A real GEM. We decided to ride each side and had a lot of fun!! Don't miss this one!
5:20-Went to the Corkscrew. 5 min. wait. Another ride that should have been better, but I will consider the fact it opened in 1976. The ride only lasts about 30 seconds if you take out the hill climb. It has two very small hills, about the size as the one on Woodstocks Express, and 3 loops. It had nothing to hold on to and can hurt if your head is below the shoulder bars. Very slow, very small, very short, not very fun.
5:30-Went on Super Himilayas and Matterhorn. They both had a five minute wait. A lot better than Iron Dragon and Mine Ride whch they are circular and faster versions of. Don't miss these two!
5:50-Went back to Magnum. 1 hour 15 minute wait. Ride had some problems. Line had a lot of fun with great music and DJ. Makes it go by faster. This was a really great ride better than all at PKI. A definite must-ride for anyone that comes!!
7:15-Ride Power Tower Space Shot side. 30 minute wait. Really fun. Better than Drop Zone. Better than most of CP coasters.
8:00-Rode Skyway to front of the park. No wait. Better than GWheel and SSpiral in fun terms. Gives OK view.
8:15-Ride Demon Drop. 15 min. wait. Not as good as PT or DZ but still fun.
8:40-Got in line for Blue Streak. 10 min. wait. Really excellent considering age,but I got better rides on Gemini and PKI's Racer.
9:00-Rode Raptor again. 45 min. wait. BETTER in the dark!!!! Rode skyway directly after.
10:00-Saw the Summer Spectacular. A good show, but there are muc better ones at WDWorld.
10:20-Walked around and got a snack beore closing.
11:00-Said bye to the greatest park on the northern part of the US.

Overall, an excellent trip. Any questions?
Just one why isn't this in the Trip Report Section?
1. I didn't know there was a trip report section. It's not along the side bar or in CP Place which is the only thing I really see.
2. I also wanted to show others who have never been to see what it is like for a first timer and not the people that ride Millenium half of the day and Magnum half of the day which I usually find on these boards.
To get to this message board, you clicked on the link labeled "general". There's a link under it that says "Trip Reports" (you may have to scroll down if your window is small.) Maybe you could move it there (cut and paste it into that board, then click the word "edit" which is right next to your post, then checking "delete this post") And, not everyone here is always at CP. Many of the people here can only go once a year, or less! Like me, I haven't even been to CP this year (but I'm going on Tuesday! :) ) I also must comment that even CP sometimes spells millennium wrong!! It was when they first posted the MF announcement on their site.
