First thing you will ride on opening day?

I, as many other platinum pass holders are doing will be at cedar point on opening day. I am curious to see what people are going to ride first! Lets just say if everything is open and running what are you going to ride first on opening day!?? I am either going to ride wind-seeker or TTD! Happy posting!

Definitely Dragster for me. Though it's scary to note that it's 14 days till OD and none of Dragsters trains have been put on track. It's last year aaallllll over again. >:I

Millennium force like every year

I WILL ALWAYS KICK THE SKY.

Wildcat. Because I'm required to. :P

Corkscrew, cause I'll prolly end up test riding it opening day before all you guys come in & swamp the park :D

The carousel. Because my 4 year old DD won't let us pass it without riding it. *Insert eye rolling here*

I think she will. And she'll be feeling extra blue when she does open. ;)

The plan is to get in an hour early, head to Windseeker, and find out if my wife is really going to ride it like she claims.. :)

GATEKEEPER-I came, I rode, I was mildly disappointed; until a second ride (rear left) put GateKeeper back on the...it's a nice ride list.

Hopefully that silly windseeker....:P

King's Island's opening day was a really rough start this year from what I've read. Nearly everything was down at some point of the day. Hopefully CP's opening goes much smoother. I really like the idea of having a season pass preview day (day before park opens to the public) so that new employees can have a day of practice to reduce the number of opening day problems.

I'll be skipping opening day for this reason, but I'd probably go with Maverick as the first ride.

Wicked Twister, and Windseeker.

Yeah I posted a deal about it in trip reports. Everything did end up opening except for Flight Deck (or so I believe, I made one pass by and it was closed around 4PM) and the red side of racer because they were replacing a section of track on it's lift. Other than that some rides didn't open on time at 10, some experience delays, ect. but most were up & running at full capacity through the day. Diamondback had a HUGE queue...But it ate it in a matter of two hours & was down to an hour wait when it opened..It's such a freaking people eater

I'm torn between Old Mil and Earthquake. ;)

The main difference between Kings Island and Cedar Point in this regard is that Cedar Point has a full operating "Dress Rehearsal" on the Friday before Opening Day. So, typically downtimes are really cut down.

Won't be there opening day, but when I get there the 23rd of June I'll be stopping first at the Greatest Ride in the World - Magnum XL-200.
