Filing for taxes

I live in West Virginia. Does anyone know how I file my tax return for ohio? I payed into ohio tax while up there and I want it back if I can get it...Thanks for any help

You can go onto the web and download forms from the IRS webapge which will be able to direct you to the OHIO page to get the form. You will want to look for a form for PART TIME (YEAR) RESIDENT you will want to do the same for WV as well. That is what I did in order to get a refund in both states.

You know, I still haven't received my w-2 from CP yet. I know that they don't have to have them out until Jan 31, but I have never had to wait this long to get one from any place that I have worked. What is so difficult about getting w-2's out to employees who terminate their employment three months before the end of the year? Thank God for e-file!

Man i am gonna dread this crap...I live right across from ohio in Huntington...I will make a trip to the post office over there and get me some forms

I havent gotten my W2 yet either - my mortgage company usually drags its feet about getting its statement to me...not this time-Ive had their statement for over a week!! I spent over an hour yesterday trying to find my bonus check stub since it had all the necessary #s on it to file and guess what-no way could I find it!

It's my understanding that W-2's are supposed to be sent no later than Jan.31 so everyone should be receiving theirs by this time next week.

W-2's were sent out today around 3 o'clock.

Here's another question. In my job I was allowed to accept tips since a was a barkeep in 2000. There's a seperate section from income and tips. Do I include the tips?
