favorite station architecture?

Japanese you mean? Not a spell friek, but that seemed to stick out.

I really like the old look to Gemini's station. I like the colors and the structure itself. What an amazing looking station.

I would have to say Wicked Twister's station, but my reason probably differs from the reasons of others.

Working on an earlier Intamin Impulse, I am jealous of the Wicked Twister crew, because the station there is so well designed, and operator friendly. Plus I love the auto-spiel there. That tune is great, and it is well mixed. (Now you may know the inspiration for my spiel style when I am spieling!)

What I love about Cedar Point is the stations and coasters tend to be very well designed, from an operations standpoint. I think that helps to keep capacity high, and makes the lives of both employees and guests easier!

Well designed except for that darned co-dispatch button at the back of the Magnum station. Walking around the pillar to reach the button isn't really efficient, IMO.

I have always liked the Iron Dragon station. In fact, I remember the first time I rode it thinking that the station was better than the ride itself.

Well, the dispatch enable button on Magnum is a retro-fit, from the new controls. I am not a big fan of the re-designs of some of the stations, but I am a fan of the original stations.

I like Raptor's, Magnum's, TTD's, and Gemini's stations. They all seem to have the most flair and verve in their designs. They all also represent the time period they were built well.

I like Gemini, Raptor, and Magnum.

Demon Drop is also cool. I like how they drop the cars right on top of were they load them. It scares the crap out of people getting on. *** Edited 7/29/2004 8:25:20 PM UTC by Huggy Bear***

My favorite station has to be the classic Blue Streak station- it has an open feeling to it and conducts a nice breeze inside it. On the outside, the classic cupola on the top lined with lights and flags scream out amusement part from the past. If only they would have retained the original setup of separate loading and unloading stations with the giant brake levers... Not to mention the original queue, where you didn't seem to bake in the sun as much.

I'd have to pick Wicked Twister's and Dragster's stations, because of the open-air design and proximity to the ground level.

I really like TTD's. Millenium looks too "cartoon space'ish".

Gemeni and Raptor are cool, but Raptor's should fit the theme of a bird.

Magnum's thingy over the train is really cool. The triangular shape of the station itself is a real pain. That it...when you get up there and it's packed with people.

The good thing about Magnum's Station, is that it creates a short line for the front seat. ;)

Best CP coaster station, Cedar Creek Mine Ride!! :) Can't beat that old west look. lol Iron Dragon has always been a favorite of mine, kind of has an Asian feel to it.

If you think ID's new paint scheme is bad, just think if they try it on Corkscrew. If you paint the station red, you can call it Pizza Hut! ;)

I like the creepy feeling of Mean Streak's station at night when the park is empty back there.

My favorite Cedar Point ride station is the Raptor for sure I just like the colors of it and the over all structure. The other ones that I really like are the Millennium Force because of the theme with the spacy feeling and the red neon lights. I really like the Mantis expecially at night with all the big light bulbs. I also like the Mine Ride and the Wicked Twister stations.

I think Geminis is the best, but Magnums is also neat with the low handing "ceiling" over the train.

Millennium Force's station and Gemini's station are the best stations in the park, IMHO.

Dragster,Millennium Force,and Gemini's stations are my favorite ones.
