Favorite Lift Hill affects at night

What's your favorite colors to look at while walking by Millennium Force at night? I personally like it when the rainbow pops up on the hill.

I personally like the strobe light effect.

Kinda off subject, but I like the light bulbs, on like Magnum and other rides, that go up the lift. It gives it that boardwalk feel. Plus, it's cool to be lit up, then all of the sudden be in total darkness after the appex.

What about Mantis? The Mantis lift hill light is pretty sweet and unique. I don't know of another coaster that has that effect of the yellow lights turning into red at the top of the hill.

Power Tower when it is all white except that one light at the very top that is stuck on red.

I like when the whole lift hill turns white. Standing by the bathrooms near the tunnels on the Frontier Trail the ride looks amazing.

For my favorite light affect on any ride has to be that big yellow tower in the center of the park, that thing has to be the most lit up thing anywhere for over 100 miles.

My favorite is the defeaning noise on Raptors hill that affects my hearing for a while afterwards.

I have to agree with Sean on the Magnum having the best lighting effects though. The sudden plunge into darkness just completes the effect.

Yes I love it when the colors change really fast. My fav. color on it is the Red and Purple! ;)

I really love all the colors. The Force has the coolest lift hill light effects in the history of the world. ;) There is nothing better on a warm summer night than turning one of those benches that sit opposite of The Red Garter Saloon so it faces the lift hill and drinking a nice cold beer. Then slamming said beer and hopping in line for a perfect front car night ride. Oh this offseason is the longest one yet!

The lights go in a cycle and red, white, and blue are part of that cycle. Not just during the laser light show. My favorite is not when I am walking by the ride, but when I am on the ride going up the lift hill in total darkness when the lights are off during the cycle.

Sounds nice sitting on the bench having a cold one. I usually drink Lemonade, that's my cold one. I know what you mean though. The lightning affect is the coolest affect I've ever seen on any lift hill. And it's cool seeing that on Millennium Force.

I like it when the MF hill goes to the strobe light effect and then the cycle ends and it is dark evertime i have been on the ride it has been time perfectly so whn i am at the top of the hill it goes dark.
