Could anyone tell me what the face-to-face CP interviews are like that are conducted at college campuses? What kind of questions should I be expecting? Do I need to fill out an application before hand? Do I need a resume?
Just full of questions. Is it May yet?

You don't need to fill out an application beforehand, but it would save you time. You don't need a resume either, but it never hurts to throw one in to talk yourself up. I gave them one - mostly because i was interviewing at a job fair and had resumes with me anyway. But they seemed to like that, so who knows.
Good luck!
P.S. You should work for Guest Services, because we rule. ;)

I'm one of the Campus Ambassadors from Cedar Point for Grand Valley State University. I thought I would add a few tips to help you prepare for your interview (though Anjee did a great job already! Go Anjee!!)
You can fill out an application in advance (for example, by printing one off the Cedar Point website), which may be helpful because you will have time to locate the information you need (for example, the names and contact information of past employers). If your school has a Campus Ambassador (check the CP site), you can contact him or her to get one in advance. The Cedar Point representatives should be bringing blank applications with them to the job fair, so if you would rather fill one out onsite, that's cool, too. When filling out the application, try to make yourself as available as possible on your dates of employment; the more days/months you can work, the better.
By speaking of resumes, it sounds like you already know a lot about what is involved in looking for a job; you can bring one with you if you like, but it's not necessary. I'd just like to remind you to dress comfortably but professionally (here at school, we call it *snappy casual*), since you'll make a great impression with a sharp, clean-cut appearance. Check Cedar Point's grooming guidelines online in advance of the interview, since your interviewer will be asking you if you're comfortable complying with them.
Your interviewers are full-time Cedar Point employees who are excited about meeting potential staff. Ask them lots of questions about working at Cedar Point since they are fountains of knowledge and information; if you want, make a list of questions in advance of the job fair so you're sure you don't leave out anything.
Good luck with your job search; hopefully, I'll see you at the Point this summer!
