They are indeed twin beds. Regular twin, not extra long.

I will be arriving on the 29th of April and I'm taking a Greyhound.

How will I get to Cedar Point from there? Are there public buses or taxis in sandusky?

Also, where should I be dropped off that first day? On the peninsula or by the employee housing? If on the peninsula, how will I get across the causeway if the taxi or public bus doesn't go across?

The Greyhound station is on 250 (The Sandusky Strip as I call it) just south of US 2. If you are arriving the day before your processing in date then go to housing and get you a pad and settle in. Actually since you are carless I would stay in Cedars for your housing so you do not have to deal with the bus. Cedars is next to HR so if you do stay there then go right to HR first. Taxis should not have an issue getting thru the toll because my tow truck had no issue (thats another story).

Thanks a lot, but don't Cedars not open until June. Also, I didn't understand what you ment, where do I check in for housing if I wanted to stay at Bayside or Commons? on the peninsula or off. Also, when do the employee buses run (starting date) and will I be able to get on it on my first day?

You will arrive, process in, and lastly check into housing on the 29th, if that's the date your contract says to arrive for processing. It'll be one day before you're scheduled to start work, which if it's the 30th, would indeed make your processing day the 29th.

Buses should be running already be running in a limited way. Yeah you are right I forgot that Cedars does not open yet. I am sure someone there could always give you a lift or find someone who can. That happens alot at night if you miss the last bus.

You definitely do not want to use towels provided by the Cedars front desk unless you like the idea of being an exhibitionist and showing a little skin. Those towels are not large enough to fit comfortably around a 34 waist without showing your entire thigh and part of your bum. While the idea of parading around your muscles might be alluring, beware! Camera phones abound! Bring your own LARGE BEACH SIZE TOWELS!!!
