As some of you here may (or may not) be aware, Cedar Fair has been contacting certain people about websites, saying that running said sites is against the terms of agreement of employment, or something of that matter, and that employments of said individuals (and others involved with the sites) will be terminated if the sites are not gone by 5 PM today. I have not been affected (well, slightly, but rather indirectly at the moment) by this, but have future interest in this issue (once again, a few here may know what I am talking about, if you don't, don't worry), and am wondering if any of you have any of the information from last summer in terms of legal agreements and NDAs that may have been a part of the information all employees received when they processed in. I do not have these things with me at college, else I would be using my copies. I do plan on contacting the park for the full legal terms from them, but would like to compare results (not that I suspect anything fishy, I just like to be consistent and thorough) with what we got last year. Any help from my fellow coworkers will be immensely appreciated in this matter.
EDIT: It appears that there are only two sites under "attack" at the moment, and it seems that there is less and less substantiating this than first thought. Still, I need the documents, or at least the direct wording, from anyone that can provide it.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
From what I remember, it does not say anything regarding the use or creation of theme park based websites. I would imagine that as long as you do not post any information that is not made publicly avalialbe by the park, then it is alright. What sites are currently "under attack" if you don't mind sharing?

I'm sure we all understand that. What BlueStreak64 is asking for is the full set of legal terms given to employees at the start of employment.
Most of my documents from last year are at my room at school, and I am currently on Spring Break. However, I do have one document here at home that we signed, and without disclosing the wording in a public forum, it basically restricts the usual disclosure of confidential information and nothing else, such as running a simple fan-site.
When I get back to school on Sunday, I am going to look through the employee guidelines book to get the gist of the full legal mumbo jumbo.

Thanks Kirk, that's exactly the kind of thing that I was looking for. You already know how to reach me, but for anyone else, just PM me or get ahold of me over AIM.
