Employee Cafeteria

Well I was just sitting here salivating thinking of macho nachos, hot italian subs, and those fingers and tots...but you know sadly enough that is about all I can salivate for in the cafe...anyone have anything they think would be a good addition to the menu for this season???

I think that they should have Taco's. Maybe they can more special days for employees where they can indulge us and have steak,porkshops, or even some kind of fish that isn't fried like the chicken sandwhiches. Stromboli's would be cool too....not just those little pizza rolls.

well i hardly eat in the cafe, cuz im in the back, but i bet that if they had something that we sell to guests as a weekly special like at Feeding Center, it would be cool.

the only thing I really miss is those giant muffins...the chocolate ones were like a giant sheet of brownies, but the blueberry were the best!!!

chocolate chocoalte chip muffins...talk about a sugar rush to get you going when you only got about 2 hours of sleep! :)

I'll echo the sentiments on Chocolate Chip Muffins! If I ever made it up there, those were the best!

Hey back in 97, we would take breakfast orders, and send someone down to the caf from Stockade and get us all breakfast. I loved the french toast.

Well I don't know for breakfast in the stand I was rather partial to the Nickles doughnuts from the munchery...my cooks used to be nice enough to bring some every morning! :)

in 98 we made breakfast on the flat top in Feeding Center. mmm omelets.

Didn't the cafeteria have omletts a few yrs ago? I though i remembered getting some before. Omletts would kick ass!

Just come back to Stockade one morning Steve, I'll make you one. Coy used to make doughnuts as well. those were good!

I think the cafe needs a cappuccino machine. Im talking a real one, and not one of those cheap flavored coffee machine's you find at a gas station, hell even one of those would work.

GO NASH!!!! even I would venture in for that!!

They need to make the Employee Cafe kind of like a 7-11 wih the BIG GULPs The Frozen Cokes (NOT THE CHEAP IMTATION FROZEN DRINKS). I would love to see like a mini subway, as a larger facility!!! REALLY OFFER A VARIETY!!!
