Employee Agreement

I was looking through the employee information provided on the official cp website (haven't gotten my contract yet), but i didn't see anything about sick or personal days. Can employees call in sick or take time off without violating the agreement?
Last year.. it was like this...

If you took a sick day.. that became your day off and you'd have to work your scheduled day off. More than one day off per week and you need to have permission from your area manager (in the case of Rides).

Also a doctors note is required for sick call days or you get points against you.

You'll be informed on how the points system works when you get to CP.

If they would have had a points system my summer there my best freind would not have lasted for a month!!! The doctors note is a good idea I hate to say.
0-15 1 POINT

15-30 2

30-1 HOUR 3

CALL IN DON'T SHOW I BELEIVE IS LIKE 5

DON'T CALL IS LIKE 8

2 NO CALL NO SHOWS TERMINATION OF CONTRACT! NO BONUS- YOU DO NOT PASS GO

Ouch! I guess they have to have some type of rules! I never missed work or late for that matter. I hope the point system is clearly spelled out!
The point system CP has seems like a good way of making sure the employees actually show up for work. I'm a supervisor at an amusement park in central NY and we have people who don't show up all the time and they never seem to get in trouble for it. I usually just end up doing their job if they don't show.
