Hello! I'm a First year applicant and I just received an email from Brian Short and he sent me an attachment and it wont let me open/download it. the attachment says "Phone Screen - New.dotx" what could I do now since the attachment won't open?
do you have microsoft word? or adobe reader?! i was able to open the document on my phone and on my computer. if the problem presists, email him back.

The extension .dotx means you need microsoft office 2k10 (I should know...I installed it on that machine of his lol). If you don't have means to get office 2k10 a good legally free alternative is open office. Also if you google office compatibility pack you can open it that way as well.
