Early starters...

I heard that because of when I am starting (April 30th), I have to live in Bayside at first because it is the only thing open? That true? That is ok I guess, but when would I be able to move to Gold?

Yes..

Bayside is the only thing open at that point. Gold will open around the time the park opens to the public. The reason Gold isn't open before that is there is no heat in those buildings.

Gold wasn't open until around May 15th last year. I had to live in common's for a few days before I was able to move into Gold. Bring an extra blanket because it does get cold in there!

from what i heard last night from my sup. from last yr...he said CP called him and told him Bayside opens March 3rd and a "Tentative" date for Commons as April 11th...

I just wanted to be able to move into Gold the FIRST day it was open because I don't want to get stuck with a second or third floor room, I hate moving things up stairs. especially my air conditioner, it took my roommate and i soooo long to move one to the third floor because they weigh a BILLION pounds... maybe that's a silly priority but it's what i was concerned about. WHo knows, maybe I will end up really liking Bayside enough to stay there anyway. ;)

i feel bad for you folks going up so early, it's freezing around the end of april, trust me, i know, it took me 2hrs to process in on april 28th and not only was it cold but it was windy and rainy....i said never again will i process in that early...so sucks to be you folks

Oh well we will survive! I'll just make sure I bring my big sweatshirts and coats to keep me warm. I really want to live in Bayside for the season but I have 5 roomates who want to live with me too. I hope I can get an apt. with people moving out or one that has enough space to accomodate my friends who are coming a week later. April 23rd isnt that far away. Whooohooo! Oh well!
